At St-Laurent Co, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


🔄 Returns

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it.
Items must be in original condition — unworn, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Please note:
Personalised or custom-made jewellery cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.


💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or damaged item).


📦 How to return your item

  1. Email us at support@st-laurent-co.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send you return instructions and the return address.

  3. Carefully package the item and ship it back.

  4. Keep your proof of shipping until your refund has been processed.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise agreed.

  • We are not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit.
